Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your order. Sometimes we get swamped with orders and need some time to build back our inventory.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer US and international shipping to most countries.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.50 for single item orders. These orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.

Expedited shipping approximately $12 for orders weighing less than one 1 lb, and $16 for orders exceeding 1 lb. These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on which is faster. 

Expedited shipping orders also skip any production backlogs and have their orders sent with priority over orders with standard shipping. This means the handling time of the order is often, but not guaranteed, to be less than 24 hours.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship to all countries that UPS offers delivery services for. For most countries, a discounted, slower shipping method is an option at checkout and costs $14 USD for Canada and $16 USD for all other countries available. This shipping method averages a 15 business day delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Megachip is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
